Payment Splits
Payment Splits define how the total payment received for a booking is divided between the guide and the organization, per platform — optionally narrowed down to specific tours.
How it works
By default, the full booking payment goes to the organization. Once you configure a split for a platform, every booking from that platform will automatically be divided between the guide and the organization according to the percentage you set.
A platform can have more than one split: one default (no tours selected — applies to every tour on that platform), plus any number of tour-specific ones. When a booking comes in, TourMan uses the split for that exact tour if one exists, and only falls back to the platform's default when it doesn't — so a tour-specific split always takes priority over the default, never both.
Example — Booking payment €100, Guide Share 30%

Fields
Platform
The booking platform this split applies to (e.g. Viator, GetYourGuide, Airbnb). Each platform can have its own split configuration.
Tours (optional)
Leave empty for this split to be the platform's default, applied to every tour. Select one or more tours to restrict it to just those — useful when one tour on a platform should have a different guide share than the rest.
Guide Share (%)
The percentage of each booking payment that goes to the guide. The remaining percentage automatically goes to the organization.

Per-booking adjustments
The split amounts calculated for each booking can be manually adjusted on the Tours page. This is useful when a specific booking requires a different division than the platform default.
Default behavior: If a booking's platform has no matching split — no split for that specific tour, and no default for the platform either — the entire payment is attributed to the organization. Guide Share is treated as 0%.
