Reports: Payments
The organization-wide queue for settling up with guides — one record per guide per period, tracking submission and confirmation. This is the admin side; the guide's own view of the same records lives in My Statistics's Payment Records section.
Who Sees This Tab
Admin only. Unlike most of the other management tabs, Manager doesn't get this one. Guides only see their own records, and only from My Statistics.
What a Payment Record Is
A record's amount is exactly the Net Owed to Org figure from that guide's Finance breakdown — For Org minus Card minus From Org — but computed fresh for the record's own fixed period, not the page's date range. See My Statistics: Finance for what each of those figures means.
It can be negative
If a guide's Card payments and From Org total end up outweighing what they owe For Org, the record's amount goes negative — meaning the organization owes the guide, not the other way around. It still gets created and still goes through the same submit/confirm flow.
Summary Stats
Totals over whatever the current filters return, not the whole organization:
Total Amount
Sum of every visible record's amount, plus the record count.
Confirmed
How many records are fully confirmed, plus how many are still Awaiting.
Pending
How many records haven't been submitted by the guide yet.
Filters
Status (All / Pending / Submitted / Confirmed) and a Guide dropdown, both applying instantly. There's no date range filter here — every record for the organization is shown regardless of its period, filtered only by status and guide.
The Records Table
One row per record — guide, period, amount, status, and an action. Status moves through three stages:
Pending
Created, waiting on the guide to submit it themselves from My Statistics.
Awaiting
The guide has submitted — it now needs an Admin or Manager to confirm it.
Confirmed · Cash / Confirmed · Card
Done. The method shown is whichever one was picked when confirming.
An Awaiting record shows a Confirm action, which asks which method the money actually came in as (Cash or Card) before marking it Confirmed. A Confirmed record shows who confirmed it, when, and a downloadable Invoice.
Calculate
Opens a calendar to pick a custom date range and create records for every guide over it in one go — the manual counterpart to the automatic schedule in Settings: General. Days already covered by an existing period are shown in teal and can't be selected or overlapped — a range has to land entirely on uncovered days.
Zero-amount guides are skipped
A guide with nothing owed either way for that exact period simply gets no record — only an amount of exactly zero is skipped, so a negative one (see above) still creates one.
Export
Downloads every record currently matching the Status and Guide filters, with the same summary-then-breakdown layout as the rest of Reports' Export buttons.
