Enterprise

Enterprise

For businesses running several independent organizations — one per city or branch — under one umbrella: see rolled-up numbers across all of them, switch between them without logging out, and request a new one to be added.

Organizations and Groups

Every organization on TourMan belongs to a group. For the vast majority of customers, that's a group of exactly one — nothing about their experience changes, and this whole page doesn't apply to them.

When a business runs several independent organizations, those organizations can share a group instead. Each one still has its own tours, bookings, guides, financial rules and settings — a shared group never merges or shares any of that data. It only controls who can see and switch between them.

Global Admin

A user flagged Global Admin gets access to every organization in their group, not just their own. Inside any other organization in the group, they're treated exactly the same as that organization's own Admin.

The Admin who sets up your first organization already has it

Nothing to configure — whoever's Admin of your very first organization can already see and switch to every organization added to the group afterwards.

Want it for someone else too?

Reach out to the TourMan team at info@tourman.app and we'll set it up for whoever on your team needs it.

Switching Organizations

If you have access to more than one organization, the organization name in the sidebar becomes a dropdown — click it to see every organization in your group and switch between them. On mobile, the same list appears at the top of the bottom-navigation menu.

Switching takes you straight to Tours for the organization you picked. Everything you do afterwards — Reports, Settings, Billing — applies to that organization until you switch again.

One organization? No dropdown at all

Users with access to only one organization — the vast majority — see plain text, exactly as before this feature existed. There's nothing to switch between, so nothing changes for them.

The Enterprise Page

Available to Global Admins only, from the Enterprise item in the sidebar (or the mobile menu). A date-range rollup — Bookings, Pax, Tours and Users, summed across every organization in your group — plus a table breaking the same numbers down per organization.

Volume metrics only, for now

The rollup deliberately doesn't include revenue or other financial figures yet — those stay inside each organization's own Reports → Finance for now.

Requesting a New Organization

Adding a new organization to your group isn't self-service — Request new organization on the Enterprise page opens a form instead: name, billing plan, add-ons (extra tours, extra users, Auto Assign, WhatsApp Integration), and an optional notes field for anything else — the city, an expected launch date, and so on.

Submitting emails the TourMan team those details, so they can set the organization up and attach it to your group — you'll also get a confirmation email once the request is received.
