Reports: Overview
The first tab on the Reports page — six widgets covering attendance, platform/tour/language breakdowns, last-minute booking patterns, and guide workload. Visible to Admins and Managers; Guides don't see this tab.
Date Range
The two date pickers at the top of the Reports page apply to every tab, not just Overview — defaulting to the last 30 days on first load. Picking a day applies it immediately and re-runs every widget on the current tab; there's no separate "Apply" step.
The Pax & View Filters
Two segmented controls sit above the widgets: Pax (All / Adults / Children) and View (Checked-in / All). Both apply instantly, and both run entirely in your browser against data already loaded for the date range — they don't trigger a new request.
The part that's easy to miss: not every widget listens to these filters. Only the summary cards and the three "Bookings by…" breakdowns do — the other three widgets always show the same thing regardless of what's selected.

Summary Cards
Three cards — Total Pax, Checked-in Pax, and No-Shows (labels adjust to say "Adults" or "Children" when Pax isn't set to All). Each shows a "Was {previous}" figure and a percentage change underneath.
What "Was X" is compared against
An equal-length period immediately before your selected range — a 30-day range compares against the 30 days before that, a 7-day range against the previous 7 days, and so on. No-Shows only count bookings dated on or before today, so a range that includes future tour dates won't mark those as no-shows yet.
Bookings by Platform, Tour & Language
Three separate collapsible sections, grouped by platform, by tour, and by tour language respectively — otherwise identical in layout. Each has three panels:
Visitors
A donut chart with the total in the center, plus a legend of value and share per group.
No-show rates
A horizontal bar per group, out of that group's total bookings.
Low/No Pay rates
Same layout, in a distinct warm color palette. This rate is out of checked-in pax specifically — it only makes sense for guests who actually showed up.
Export
All three have an Export button that downloads a spreadsheet with the date range, the current View/Pax selection, and a full per-group breakdown table.
Last-Minute Bookings
For each tour, what share of its bookings came in within 8h / 12h / 24h / 48h / 72h of the tour's own start time — five bars per tour, read from the legend at the top. A booking made 5 hours ahead counts toward all five buckets, not just the tightest one. Hover a bar for the exact counts. If there's nothing to show for the selected range, this section doesn't render at all — no empty-state message.
Export
Downloads every tour's raw counts and percentages for all five thresholds.
Guides Comparison
Total Assigned and Average per Guide up top, then a bar chart of tour slots assigned per guide over the selected range, with a legend below showing each guide's count and share of the total.
Export
Downloads the assigned-slot count and share for every guide shown.
Assigned Slots
Pick a guide from the list on the left to see their own slots broken down by tour — a donut chart with the total in the center and a legend below. Nothing shows on the right until you click someone.
Export
Only appears once a guide is selected, and only downloads that one guide's tour breakdown — not the whole team's.
Every section on this tab starts collapsed, and stays open or closed the way you last left it — that state is remembered per browser, not shared across devices or teammates.
