Tour Reports
Once a tour has started, the guide(s) assigned to it can file a Tour Report — recording any money collected outside the system, and leaving feedback on the guests they checked in.
Filling In a Tour Report
The Tour Report button appears on a tour slot card once the tour has started (15+ minutes after start time) — only for guides assigned to that slot, and only until they've filed their own report. It's a two-step form: Income, then Guest Feedback.
Step 1 — Income
Payment by Cash
Optional. Cash collected from guests that wasn't already recorded through the system.
Payment by Card
Optional. Same idea, for card payments taken outside the system.
Both fields can be left at zero — a report with no extra income is completely valid; a guide might file one purely to leave guest feedback.
Step 2 — Guest Feedback
Shows only the bookings this guide personally checked in — on a tour with two or more guides, each one sees and rates just their own guests, never the other guide's.
Positive / Negative
Pick one per booking. Clicking the already-active choice again clears it.
Reason (for negative feedback)
Multi-select, any number of reasons: "Low/No Pay", "Left halfway", "Misbehaviour", "Arrives late at meeting point". The label says to select at least one, but it isn't enforced — leaving it empty is allowed.
Note (optional)
Free text, available for either positive or negative feedback.
Viewing Feedback on a Booking
Once feedback is recorded, a green (positive) or red (negative) thumb button appears next to that booking's row — see Booking Information for where it sits in the row. Clicking it opens a detail view with the feedback type, the reason(s) if any were picked, and the note (or "No note left" if none was written).
Tracking Who Has Reported
Completion checkmark
Shown next to a guide's name on the tour slot card once they've filed their report — visible to Admins and Managers only, not to the guide.
Button disappears after filing
The Tour Report button doesn't turn into an edit button — it simply stops appearing for that guide on that slot. Editing happens elsewhere (see below).
Editing a Tour Report
Go to Reports → My Statistics → Tours Breakdown, find the tour, and click Edit. It opens the same two-step Income / Guest Feedback form, pre-filled with what was previously submitted. This is available for every filed report, including ones with zero income.
Tours With Multiple Guides
When two or more guides are assigned to the same tour, each files their own separate report. Income figures never mix — each guide's cash/card totals are their own. Guest feedback works the same way: a guide only ever sees and rates the bookings they personally checked in, so one guide's feedback can't overwrite or affect another guide's.
Where This Data Shows Up
Reports → Tour Reports
Org-wide feedback overview: coverage/positive/negative stats, a breakdown of negative reasons, and a filterable table of every piece of feedback recorded (Admins/Managers).
Reports → My Statistics → Tours Breakdown
Per-tour income breakdown for the current user — cash, card, and everything else that factors into what they're owed or owe, with the Edit entry point described above.
