Reports: WhatsApp
A monitoring dashboard for every automated WhatsApp message the organization has sent — delivery stats, full message history, and a way to retry the ones that failed. This isn't where the messages themselves get configured; see Settings: Integrations for the Tour Confirmation and Low/No Pay Verification rules that decide what gets sent and when.
Who Sees This Tab
Admin and Manager — same as the rest of Reports' management tabs. It's also only there at all once WhatsApp is enabled for the organization; if it isn't, the tab doesn't appear for anyone, regardless of role.
Summary Stats
Four cards, covering the organization's entire message history — not scoped to the page's date range, which this tab doesn't use:
Sent
Count of messages that left TourMan successfully — Sent, Delivered, Read or Responded. A Failed attempt isn't counted here.
Response rate
Responded ÷ Sent. How many customers replied at all, positive or negative.
Failure rate
Failed ÷ (Sent + Failed). Share of every send attempt that didn't go through.
Positive responses
Positive ÷ Responded — a "Yes" to a Tour Confirmation, or "already paid" to a Low/No Pay Verification.
Below the cards: a count badge per message type, and — only when at least one message has failed — a "Top failure reasons" list, ranking Meta's own error text by how often each one occurred.
Filters
Two independent dropdowns above the message table — Status (Pending, Sent, Delivered, Read, Responded, Failed) and Message type (Tour Confirmation, Low/No Pay Verification) — each defaulting to "all". Changing either resets the table back to page 1.
The Messages Table
One row per message, newest first, 20 per page:
Customer
Name plus the booking's tour date and time.
Type
Tour Confirmation or Low/No Pay Verification.
Status
Its current position in the delivery pipeline — Pending → Sent → Delivered → Read, or Responded once the customer replies, or Failed.
Attempts
How many times a send has been attempted for this booking + type. Starts at 1; a Resend increments it.
Response
A green check for a positive reply, a red cross for negative, or a dash if it was Responded but no positive/negative value could be read from it.
Failure reason
Meta's own error text, only populated on Failed rows.
Resend
A Failed row gets a Resend button, using the same template and rule the original attempt would have used. There's no confirm dialog — it fires immediately and the row updates in place once it settles.
