Reports: User Requests
The organization-wide queue of everything the team has submitted through My Statistics's own My Requests section — reviewed and resolved from here.
Who Sees This Tab
Admin and Manager. Guides don't get this tab — they only see the request they themselves submitted, in their own My Statistics. Anyone, including an Admin or Manager, can submit a request; it just takes an Admin or Manager to resolve one.
Status Filter
A segmented control — Open / Fulfilled / Rejected / All — defaulting to Open so the tab lands on the actionable queue. Every filter sorts newest-first.
Each Request
Who submitted it, their message, a status badge, and when it was created — plus, once resolved, who resolved it and when:
Shows Reject / Mark Fulfilled buttons.
Shows who fulfilled it and when, next to the original submission date.
Same, but for who rejected it.
Resolving a Request
Two buttons on any Open request — Reject and Mark Fulfilled — each behind its own confirm dialog before it goes through. Whoever clicks it is recorded as the resolver, even if a different Admin or Manager ends up reviewing it later.
One-way
Resolving is final — there's no button to reopen a Fulfilled or Rejected request, or to switch one from the other. It's also the point where the requester loses the ability to delete it themselves; the record stays as a permanent part of the log.
The Tab Badge
The "User Requests" tab label carries a number badge with the current count of Open requests across the whole organization — it only appears once that count is above zero, and updates as soon as you resolve one.
