Reports: Tour Reports

Every piece of guest feedback a guide has recorded at check-in — positive or negative, with reasons and a searchable log — plus a heads-up on upcoming guests who've caused trouble before.

Who Sees This Tab

Admin and Manager. Guides record the feedback itself at check-in, but don't get this aggregate view.

Summary Stats

Scoped to the page's shared date range, like the rest of Reports:

Feedback coverage

What share of all bookings in range got any feedback at all — the card also shows the raw "X of Y bookings" count.

Positive

Share of feedback that was positive.

Negative

The remainder — negative feedback.

Total feedback

The raw count backing the two rates above.

When there's at least one negative record, a "Negative feedback by reason" breakdown appears below the cards — each reason as a bar, sized by its share of all negative feedback in range.

Filters

A free-text search (name, email, or phone) plus four filters, all visible at once and all applying instantly: Platform, Tour, Feedback (All / Positive only / Negative only), and Reasons (multi-select, only meaningful once you're looking at negative feedback).

The Feedback Table

One row per booking with feedback, 20 per page:

Customer

Name and contact info. A guest with other negative records shows an amber count badge next to their name — hover it for a reminder of how many.

Tour

Tag plus the tour's date and time.

Platform

Where the booking came from.

Feedback

Positive or Negative badge.

Reasons

Only populated for negative feedback.

Note

A sticky-note icon opens the full free-text note, when the guide left one.

Recorded by

The guide who checked the booking in and filed the feedback.

Upcoming Flagged Bookings

A separate button, next to the search bar, opens a list of a very specific thing: guests with a tour still ahead of them who have left negative feedback before. The idea is to catch a repeat problem guest before they show up again, not after.

Matched by contact info, not name

A future booking is flagged when its email or phone number matches a different booking anywhere in the organization's history that was marked negative — regardless of which tour, platform, or how long ago. Two different spellings of the same name won't match; the same email or phone number will, even across platforms. A booking never counts as its own past record, even a same-day one already checked in with negative feedback.

Ignores the page's date range

Unlike everything else on this tab, this list isn't scoped to the range picked at the top of Reports — it always looks at every upcoming booking (today onward, across the next 500 bookings in date order) against the organization's entire feedback history.

Each flagged guest shows their platform, the upcoming tour and time, a count of how many past negative records matched, the distinct reasons behind those past records, and the most recent note that was left — so whoever's guiding that slot knows what to expect going in.
