Reports·My Statistics

Reports: My Statistics

Your own numbers for the selected date range — what you checked in, requests you've sent to admins, your payment records, and your personal finance breakdown. Everyone gets this tab. Guides only get this tab — nothing else on the Reports page is visible to them.

Your Counts

Three numbers at the top, for the page's shared date range (defaults to the last 30 days):

Tours

The number of distinct tour departures you checked guests in for — not the number of bookings or guests.

Adults

Total checked-in adults across all your tours in the range.

Children

Total checked-in children — this card only appears if you checked in at least one child.

My Requests

A free-text box to send something to your admins — write a message (3–2000 characters, a live counter shows how much room is left) and click Submit Request.

Pending

Not yet reviewed by an admin.

Fulfilled

An Admin or Manager actioned it.

Rejected

An Admin or Manager declined it.

A trash icon lets you delete a request, but only while it's still Pending — once an admin has fulfilled or rejected it, it's a permanent record. Deleting asks "Are you sure you want to delete this request? This cannot be undone." before going through.

Payment Records

Your own payment periods and their status:

Payment pending

You haven't submitted it yet.

Pending confirmation

Submitted — waiting on an admin to confirm it.

Confirmed · Card

Confirmed, with the method noted when known (Cash or Card).

Submit Payment

Shown while a record is still pending. Confirms with: "Are you sure you want to mark this payment as submitted? The administrator will be notified to confirm the payment."

Invoice

Appears once a record is confirmed — downloads that period's invoice directly.

Tours Breakdown

Collapsed by default. A compact per-tour summary — tour tag, name, how many times it appears in the range (e.g. "3×"), and how many adults/children you checked in for it. Only shows up if you have at least one checked-in tour in the range.

Finance

Below the collapsible sections, always visible: your personal income breakdown for the range, with its own Export button.

What counts toward it

Only tour slots where you did the check-in, within the selected date range. If someone else checked a booking in, it's on their Finance, not yours — even if you also guided that tour.

The five figures, and where each one comes from

Source

Cash

What you typed into the Cash field when filling out that tour's Tour Report — not detected automatically.

Card

Same thing, but the Card field of the Tour Report.

From Org

Three sources added together: the "Guide (€)" amount an Admin/Manager set directly on a booking, any cut a Payment Split automatically assigns you from that booking's payment, plus anything an Organization → Guide financial rule pays you for that slot.

For Org

Entirely rule-based — the total of every Guide → Organization financial rule that applies to that slot (e.g. a per-person fee for guests who paid low/no cash, or a flat charge per tour).

Third Parties

Same as For Org, but for Guide → Third Party rules — money you owe an external partner rather than the organization itself (entry tickets, etc.).

The Payment Split part of "From Org" is automatic and easy to miss: when a booking comes from a platform with a split configured, the organization keeps a set percentage of what the guest paid and the rest is credited to you as the guide who gets assigned — no one has to type anything in. See Settings: Payment Splits for how those percentages are set per platform.

"For Org" and "Third Parties" come entirely from whatever Financial Rules your organization has set up — who they apply to, per-tour or per-person, with or without a minimum headcount — is configured centrally, not by you. See Settings: Financial Rules for how those are built.

The two headline cards

Total Income

Cash + Card + From Org − For Org − Third Parties. All the money that ended up in your pocket for the range, after what you owe the org or a third party is subtracted out.

Net Owed to Org

For Org − Card − From Org. What you collected on the organization's behalf, minus card payments and org transfers that already covered part of it — the balance you still need to hand over. (Not reduced by Third Parties — that money was never the organization's to begin with.)

Average income per tour

Each tour tag's own average, computed only from the tours in this list — total income for that tag divided by how many times it appears (the "×" count next to it), not a per-slot or per-guest average.

A €0.00 report still counts as a report

A Tour Report can be filed with both Cash and Card left at zero — for a tour where you only wanted to log guest feedback, say. That slot still shows an Edit button in the breakdown below; whether a report exists at all isn't the same question as whether it recorded any money.

At the bottom, its own tour-by-tour list — each card repeats the same Cash / Card / From Org / For Org / Third Parties split for that one slot, plus its own Income total, with an Edit button on any slot that already has a report.

Two things named "Tours Breakdown"

The collapsible section further up and this Finance card's own list at the bottom are different, independent pieces of UI that happen to share a name — one is a quick attendance summary, the other is the per-slot financial detail described just above, with its own pagination and Edit action.
