No-Shows
A read-only, day-by-day list of bookings where fewer people checked in than were booked — from a single guest missing to nobody showing up at all. Visible to Admins, Managers, and Guides alike.
How a No-Show Is Detected
A booking shows up here whenever its checked-in count is lower than its booked count. By default only adults are compared — children aren't counted either way — but two organization settings change that:
Settings → General Settings
Count children in capacity
Off by default. Once on, a booking counts as a no-show when checked-in adults + children falls short of booked adults + children — not just adults.
Show combined pax count
Only affects how the numbers are displayed on each card — adults and children as one combined figure instead of separate adults / +children numbers. Doesn't change what counts as a no-show.
Reading the List
Bookings are grouped by day first (most recent day on top — Today, Yesterday, then a weekday date), then by tour and language together within that day — each group header shows the tour's start time, a colored tour-tag badge, and the language icon.
Each card
Customer name, the source platform's icon, and the checked-in count next to the booked count (e.g. 2/4).
Full vs. partial no-show
There's no separate label for this — it's shown purely by color. The checked-in number turns red whenever it's short; 0/4 means nobody showed up, 2/4 means some did.
Copying the Platform Booking ID
When a booking has an ID from the platform it came from, an ID button appears on its card — hover it to see a Copy ID tooltip. Click it to copy that platform ID (not TourMan's internal booking ID) to your clipboard; the button turns green and reads ✓ Copied for about a second and a half before reverting. Bookings without a platform ID (e.g. manually created ones) don't show this button at all.
Filtering & the Date Range
Filter
Opens a dropdown with two checkbox lists — Platform and Tour — filtering the already-loaded list on your screen. There's no free-text search. The button turns indigo and shows a count once any box is checked; Clear all resets both lists at once.
Date picker
Sets the newest day the list should cover. It always loads that day and the 5 days before it to start; picking a new date replaces the whole list with a fresh 6-day window ending there.
Scroll to the bottom of the list to load older days automatically — each time, another 5 days further back are fetched and added, without resetting what's already on screen.
